Recent Milestones...
~2024 we broke ground and completed the foundation for our nature and cultural center building project and built a bridge over Georgie’s Falls!
~2023 conserved 26 additional acres of rare boreal forest and a waterfall “Georgie’s Falls” + added 1/2 mile of new trails including “Michaels’s Way” & “Scott’s Stoop”
~2022 conserved 30 additional acres of rare boreal forest and added a 1/4 mile of new trails!
~2021 recipient of a 50,000 Mass Cultural Council Facilities Fund 1:1 Matching Grant!
~2020 recipient of a Mass Humanities Cares Act grant, completed the “rock-tree” trail and began work on our new trail system through our boreal swamp with our 2020 intern.
~Received over $19,000 in grant funding for environmental programs in 2019!
~Completed building 1.5+ miles of marked trails with volunteers and interns

~Received over $15,000.00 for 2018 grant monies for environmental education programs and internships from the Berkshire Taconic Foundation, Central Berkshire Fund, Barret Fund, Berkshire Environmental Endowment Fund and the Mass Cultural Council.
~Hosted over 500 youth to adults at Tamarack Hollow for programs & volunteer opportunities
~Completed a STEM bridge building project for teens with Berkshire County 4-H, Umass Extension and the Youth Center Inc in Adams helping to connect 1.5 miles of trails at Tamarack Hollow.
~Received tax-exemption from the town of Windsor on the 5.7 acre parcel owned by the non-profit entity
~Granted multiple Mass Cultural Council FESTIVALS grants for our spring and fall Tamarack Hollow concert events including our annual Berkshire Drum and Dance Fest
~Hired our third Berkshire Community College Federal Work Study intern!
